Whenever you log in to ContentPlace you will need to do one of the following:
Use Single Sign-On (SSO)
This is an authentication method that allows you to sign in using one set of credentials to multiple applications i.e. ContentPlace. For example, in the image below, you can select the 'Continue with Google' option. Please note, the other 'Continue with...' options will be available soon.
By using this method, you will no longer need to enter a username and password each time you log in. We recommend this option.
Use Multifactor Authentication (MFA)
This method requires you to provide additional identity verification. When you next enter your username and password, you will be prompted to add your phone number. You will then receive a text message (SMS) asking you to verify that you are the individual who is trying to log in.
You may also be required to complete a reCAPTCHA. For example, in the image below, you might be asked to 'Select all squares with traffic lights'. This allows us to confirm that a human is trying to access your account, not a bot.
If you're experiencing an issue while trying to log in to ContentPlace, it's likely due to browser cookies and tracking protection. You can try using a different browser – we recommend using any browser other than Internet Explorer.
Depending on what browser you're using, please follow these steps to solve the issue:
On Firefox, Options > Privacy & Security > Enhanced Tracking Protection > Choose "Standard" or "Strict" : Not "Custom", clear data and try again
On Chrome Settings > Advanced > Site settings > Cookies > Allow sites to save and read cookie data
