The Jellyfish Creator Helpdesk (this site) is designed to support you at every stage of your working journey with Jellyfish. It contains all our FAQ and resources you'll need as a member of our network.
To access all the resources you need, you are required to log in to the helpdesk. If you have emailed the in-house team at email@example.com you will already be registered on our messaging system.
To log in to the helpdesk with the email address you used to join the Jellyfish Network, please follow these quick steps:
- Click ‘Sign in’ in the top right hand corner of this page
- Select the 'Sign in with Google' option on the left-hand side of the pop up, and log in with the email address you used to contact firstname.lastname@example.org
- If you don't use Gmail, please click 'Get a password' (see image below)
- If you don't remember which email address you used to contact us, click 'Sign up' in the same pop up
Please let us know as soon as possible if you cannot access the relevant resources once you have logged in. You can can click 'Contact Us' at the top of this page or email email@example.com
