Payments for tasks completed in line with the J+ Community payment process will be automatically generated and added to the 'Payment' section of your J+ Community profile 15 days after being submitted to the client review stage on Quill Cloud.
You’ll be notified by email when a payment is generated. At this point you’ll be able to 'request' the payment by clicking click ‘request payment’ in the 'Payments' section of your profile on J+ Community.
At the point of request an invoice will generate for any work validated up until that time. We recommend requesting your payment on the 25th of the month but you do have until midnight (GMT+1) on the last day of the month, the 30th/31st. You will then receive your payment on the 15th of the following month.
For example, if the 15 day client review period ends on 20th May and you request your payment before the end of May, you will receive your payment on 15th June.
You can request your payment as many times as you want each month.
All payments on projects using the J+ Community payment process will be made in EUR (€). You can receive payment for this work on via bank transfer or PayPal, you simply need to select your chosen payment method on your profile. Please note that a 2% admin fee applies to bank transfer payments.

Where do I add my preferred payment method?
You can update your payment method in the 'Payments' section of your J+ Community profile. Please add your payment details under 'My payment details'.
I requested my payment but I didn't receive it on the 15th of the month. What should I do?
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and clearly state the name(s) of the Project Manager(s) you're working with who are managing the projects you're working on.
I received an email a couple of days before the 15th to say my payment has been made, but I can't see it.
Sometimes the payment will be generated a couple of days in advance by the Jellyfish Accounts team, however, the payment will still reach your account on the 15th of the month. If you still haven't received your payment by the 16th, please contact your Project Manager via email@example.com, clearly outlining the issue.
