The J+ Community is made up of talented copywriters, translators, editors, visual content creators, SEO consultants, content strategists and other creative specialists.

At its heart, Jellyfish is a creative talent platform. Members of the J+ Community are extended members of Jellyfish's in-house talent pool, offering our clients diversity of thought and access to even more varied skill sets.

As an approved creator in our community, you’ll work with us to deliver bespoke performance content solutions to our clients, including Tommy Hilfiger, M&S, eBay, Walgreens, Louis Vuitton and Google.

You will have an account on our J+ Community platform through which we will send you invitations to work with us whenever we have an opportunity that matches your first language/dialect and discipline. Your profile is only visible to you and the in-house team – our clients and other members of the community will never see it.

Your account includes your first language and dialect, discipline(s), specialism(s) and other important information such as your employment status. It's also where you can share your contact details and email communication preferences.

As the newest member of the J+ Community, we invite you to carefully read the following FAQ and help articles as they should answer any questions you have and guide you through the process of working with us.

 

How do I complete project work with Jellyfish?

Any performance content work you do with us will be completed on our production platform, Quill Cloud. When you join your first project, the Project Manager will invite you to get set up on Quill Cloud. 

Please note: Quill Cloud is optimised for Chrome on a desktop or laptop computer.

 

Being in the J+ Community

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to find the information you need. The Jellyfish Creator Helpdesk (this site) is our online community space where you can find all FAQ, our Quill Cloud user guide and more.
